Course Delivery
Delivered through personalised one-on-one sessions remotely, each session of this management training program will be tailored to you. Throughout the course, you will understand your management style and how to leverage your unique skills and experiences to become a trusted and respected leader.
As well as our sessions you will be given reflection and planning workbooks to complete during and after the course.
I recommend having one session per week and completing the course over three months.

After each session, you will receive a workbook or action plan. This ensures you can immediately apply what you've learned and continue your professional development beyond the course.
